Compassionate.. Took excellent care if my mom
My mom was a patient of Dr Looyenga for several years. Mom always looked forward to those appointments. He would not only take care of her health needs but would sit with her and talk with her. She felt he was quite compassionate. He took care of her until het passing. Now I need a cardiologist and will also become a patient. Like mother like daughter.

He became irritated and impatient He used intimidating words as well as intimidating body language. He displayed arrogant and self righteous behavior. He talked down and spoke disrespectful to me. He asked his staff for my test results, which should have been ready. They first claimed they didn't have them so he scolded me. Suddenly they found them and he was irritated at me and constantly displayed rude gestures. The final insult was when he left the room without a word or direction to me.
