Constructive criticism
I assisted my brother in going to see Dr. Lin for a fracture in his ankle. Dr. Lin walked in the room and immediately said ‘I think you are going to need surgery’. He never said hello or introduced himself or shook my brother‘s hand or mine, before stating that he felt surgery was indicated. He could be right, but it was hard to engage him regarding the situation with my brother when there was no introduction, no attempt to look at his foot and no questions asked beforehand. This made that first encounter very difficult. Please consider the importance of introducing yourself and perhaps giving feedback as to your background, before immediately starting into your observations from the x-ray that was sent.

I think Dr Lin is a wonderful doctor
I thought the facility where I had surgery was state of the art. The entire staff and especially Dr Lin took care in proving good care to me and explaining precedure and asking me questions. Dr Lin is a very pleasant doctor. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about the entire team that attended to me. Great facility and pleasant and great staff.

Dr Lin has treated (surgery) my daughter and I see him as well.He never disappoints. Dr Lin’s approach is honest and conservative; one does not feel that surgery is the only solution. That being said his surgical results are good!

He’s the best! I excruciating pain gone.

Surgery on ankle

Dr.lin is the best . he just did surgery on my ankle . two days after my surgery I was in so much pain that the medicine wasn't working . now this was on a weekend remind.. I call the office and he connect with me immediately . he was very unstable and said doubled up on the medicine . and come see me Monday if it gets worse . well. Guess what I was back in the office for pain . he did x ray to make sure everything was okay . and before I open my mouth and said I need something stronger for this pain . he was already on it ..he is really sweet person . and do care about his patient .. And don't mind answering anything you have to ask him ..
