Dr. David Lemak, MD

Dr Lemak was so kind and calm. He is very personable with great bedside manner. I hurt my knee on the treadmill On Wednesday, saw him on Thursday, and had my knee scope yesterday. Our insurance ends at the on the 30 due to job change. We told Dr. Lemak this and expedited the process. We can't thank him enough!

Dr Lemak is kind and caring! He listens to you and is an amazing doctor. I highly recommend him and would not use anyone else! He is the best!

I have had 3 knee surgeries and several other procedures with Dr. Lemak, and I have nothing but glowing remarks for him and his staff. Long wait times in the waiting room are occasional, but irregular.

I have a torn labrum in my right shoulder. My insurance denied that I needed surgery even though an MRI indicated a torn labrum. I was sent to physical therapy for 5 weeks. I contacted Dr Lemaks office and you can never get the phone call answered so I had to leave a message. I have left 3 messages and get no response. I am going back to my rheumatologist for referral to another orthopedic surgeon.

Dr Lemak is a brilliant surgeon who has operated on several of my family members, numerous times (different body parts). He is the most caring doctor I’ve ever met. I only wish I could find a primary care doctor that would listen and take time like he does. I highly highly recommend Dr David Lemak to anyone!!

Dr. Lemak is polite upfront, but he doesn’t actually listen and will eventually dump you off on whoever his associate is at the time. I am embarrassed that I referred family to him, because their injuries ended up worse off and they had to go somewhere else. His receptionist is very kind, however his nurse and surgery scheduler are rude.

Wonderful and competent doctor

Dr. Lemak was very personable, he answered all my questions and put me at ease. Super friendly guy, not to mention a very skilled surgeon. My scar is nominal, and it fades more every day.

Excellent he is easy to talk to and takes time explaining the procedure. He has given me options for my knee and has been spot on. He also operated on my wife’s shoulder and her operation was a success.

Phenomenal. Ortho can be painful, pure and simple so having repairs properly executed is of utmost importance. Dr Lemak has always taken time and attention when I see him. He has lots of patients so between that and surgery, his PA sees patients sometimes. There is room for improvement in follow through and also that with the front desk. Lemak himself is awesome and Although no one wants to have to go to the position with his specialty I think he makes the situation as good as it could possibly be.

Dr. Lemak performed a complete knee replacement. The surgery was successful and I am 7 weeks post surgery. Dr. Lemak is a skilled surgeon with excellent bedside manners. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again.

DR David Lemack is a very knowledgeable Doctor and a very skilled surgeon. He did an excellent job helping me understand what was wrong with my shoulder. The surgery went well and I am well on my way to recovery. I’ve had no pain and am thrilled with the results. He has taken time to explain everything in detail.

Dr. Lemack will lie to your face! I told him that my fear was being in pain, because I am a pain management patient. He had 3 doses of morphine scheduled and no more. He let me lie there in excruciating pain! Then he sent me home with a lower dosage of pain medication than I was already taking before the surgery. I would not let him operate on my cat! He's fake and he's a liar.

Very satisfied with Dr and visit

I received excellent care under Dr. Lemak. I had a total knee replacement at Grandview. Dr. Lemak was kind and thorough in explaining my surgery and what to expect. 5 stars all the way!

Dr. Lemak has done two ACL surgeries for me and both knee replacements and a hip replacement for my wife. We're both very satisfied with his expertise and communication with us. We would recommend him to anyone! Office staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
