Dr. David Landau, MD

As someone who received a transplant this year and very much required Dr. Landau's services for years before then, I cannot figure out why anyone would give this remarkable surgeon less than a five (5) star rating. Perhaps people who are suffering take it out on the doctor/surgeon. I for one remain grateful to you, Dr. Landau. This is not just because you were/are an excellent surgeon, but because of your compassionate and thoughtful approach. Your high levels of competence and caring are obvious. Kind...Patient..Attentive and Trustworthy. Even though he had other patients backed up for surgery he spent the time we needed to explain and help us to understand exactly what he was going to do and afterwards what he had done and why. That extra 10 minutes made me want to spend an extra 10 minutes to write this review. Thank you Dr. LANDAU...You are the kind of doctor people hope they get...knowledgable and approachable!!

My dad was having many issues with a fistula placed for dialysis. After many sugeries by other Vascular Surgeons had failed, I took him to see Dr Landau, at the recommendation of someone I highly respect in the Vascular field. He was extremely patient & meticulous in his approach to my dad's complex issues. In addition to his determination in getting the fistula to work, he also gave great consideration to future problems that might arise, due to dad's history. Patient care is def his priority!
