Dr. Kugler is a great man and doctor. However, he is NEVER running on tjme, he over books appointments, and you will wait a minimum of 2 hours after your scheduled appointment time before he sees you.

...has been my endocrinologist for 20 years, Dr. Kugler is one of the best if not the best in Suffolk County. My trust in him has never failed and he has helped me stay healthy. He is always on top of my situation and very informative, answers all questions to my understanding. His staff is always helpful and courteous. I have read all the reviews and would like to say "if you want to find a hair in an egg... you will".

The entire office is unresponsive. Making an appointment, even as an existing patient, is impossible. Getting a script for blood work is the most difficult, which then pushes everything out until they decide to send you a script. Never get a call with results. The few times I have, they have a receptionist give them to you. So don’t ask any medical questions. When you ask for copies of your results so you can change doctors, good luck. I am not sure to what point you need to get with your health

What an amazing doctor. Takes the time to explain what is happening, what medicines he recommends and why. He also realizes we're humans and there are times we fall off the diet wagon. I can't imaging trying to manage my diabetes without him and his office!
