POOR SERVICE/FRONT OFFICE STAFF
-10 STARSMy wife went here and I have NEVER seen such rude, unintelligible staff in all my days. Kathleen and Veronica are extremely unknowledgeable about a few issues yet they know it all. When the MD is out, so are they. Had an appointment for med refills, so no excuses for patient to be without meds months on end, jeopardizing health which is what occurred. I will not be in agreement with her continuing with this office because of the illegalities that occur at front desk? Karma is real, believe that and I pray they don't ever need medical care?

Spend a few minutes with me and gave me prescriptions because I had them before. Was not listening to me...was in a shirt that was dirty and wrinkled. I waited 2 weeks and never heard about my blood tests. I finally called and his office secretary said everything was fine. Never answered me about my prescriptions that he told me not to take until my tests came back. I tried to explain my exhaustion and sweats. I can hardly move and was told was just mad about my tests being good. She told me if talked to the doctor i had to be respectful....I attempted to tell her I needed help and she told me to go to urgent care. I have still not heard from the doctor

Worst bedside manner I’ve ever had! He spent no more than 15 min with me and didn’t answer any of my concerns and seemed irritated the entire visit. Would NEVER recommend this guy to anyone!

Guy sucks. I'd write how I really feel but apparently thats against this websites guideline. Oh and i paid my bill in full 2 months ago and out of the blue i just recieved a notice threatening a collection agency.
