Kind, compassionate. Helped save my life.
I experienced hearing change and subtly lost my right sided hearing over the course of a few months. Dr. Kiener fit me in to see him right away for the first evaluation and subsequent ones as I became more symptomatic. Ultimately, I was diagnosed with a large life threatening brain tumor compressing my brain. Although the condition fell out of his expertise at that point, his Sac ENT colleagues helped me get to the appropriate specialist to save my hearing and quite frankly my life. I am so grateful for his care and compassion.

Great Doctor!
I see Dr. Kiener for my ear issues. He hasd been absolutely fantastic in treating and helping me. Beyond his medical expertise and ability, he also a very nice and friendly person. His staff is also excellent and friendly. I strongly recommend Dr. Kiener.

Excellent
I saw Dr. Kiener for a minor broken jaw, and it was refreshing to have a surgeon explain to me the risks of surgery and talk through a non-surgical solution instead. He was incredibly nice and empathetic, and I was quite pleased with the visit there, including his wonderful office staff.

Very friendly
I had a broken jaw and saw Dr. Kiener in the hospital. He was very nice and personable. Answered all my questions and didn't seem rushed. I was seen in his office for an after visit and had the same experience. The receptionist was very nice also.

He is wonderful!
My experience with Dr. Kiener has always been stellar. I have seen him several times over the years. When I was younger he treated me for severe nose bleeds with cauterization on several occasions. And I am pleased to say that my nose bleed issue has not persisted! More recently he squeezed me in because I thought I had a fish bone lodged in my throat. I am so grateful that he saw me! I would highly recommend Dr. Kiener to anyone in need of an ENT.

Dr Kiener and his wonderful staff did such an amazing job helping us through the procedures necessary to remove the growth on my daughters ear from an infected earring. She is extremely sensitive to any sort of pain or needles and they were so careful of her needs. We're very appreciative of the care given by all.

My surgery was suppose to take 1 and a half hours. It took two separate surgeries. First one took 3 and a half hours and failed, I went back to my primary doctor and was told i needed another surgery so I went back to Dr. Kiener and he operated for another hour and a half. After a total of 2 operations that I was Worse than when I went to see him .
