Dr. David Kielty, MD

Dr Kielty has been my ophthalmologist for many years. He never rushes his appointments and makes you feel totally cared for. He asks questions, listens closely to your concerns, and his exams are thorough and complete. He has a great personality to boot and I feel like I am seeing a friend as well as a professional eye doctor.

On numerous occasions when visiting this office we saw and overheard how rude and nasty the front desk employees would treat people who'd be calling in, actually intentionally trying to aggravate them with a bad attitude, hanging up on them and laughing, bad mouthing other patients so anyone standing at front desk or in waiting room could hear what they're saying, not only outrageously disrespectful & unprofessional but frightening as these are SUPPOSED to be medical providers who we're depending on for our ability to have eyesight & help save patient's vision and the behavior repeatedly observed is totally unacceptable. Dr. Kielty himself, more often than not, has presented in the exam room with a very odd demeanor, each time making very strange remarks that make absolutely no sense with no pertinence&relevance to anything ever stated. I called office due to emergency with my vision when time is of essence to prevent permanent damage/blindness,told me their booked&to wait 3 months!

How do you say Thank You for saving my sight. . . he did and I will always be greatful his warm and gentle bedside manner and willingness to help you progress/heal as quickly as possible make him the type of doctor I will always and have referred to anyone and everyone I know . . . wonderful

Only negative was very long wait at every visit!
