Arrogant and Rude
I left the appointment in tears. I have never been so humiliated by a doctor! He refused to treat me because of my size (mildy overweight). When I explained that treatment would help, he referred me for bariatric surgery. Nevermind that I do not qualify. He effectively said to me that he could help but he wouldn't because I was fat.

Dr Kent spent two plus years getting my sleep apnea treated through surgery and ultimately a medical device implant. Great bedside manner. Explains in lay person terms. Takes time to get the patient comfortable with what is happening. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Except those phone holds in the office??

Knowledgeable, good bedside manner, fully explains conditions, testing, & treatments. Office very difficult to reach. Staff doesn’t return calls. Will be on hold for over an hour. Has taken over 2 weeks so far for my CPAP rx & I am still waiting. Have called the office twice so far & been on hold over an hour each time. Still not resolved. Getting very discouraged with the staff follow through.

My first office visit with Dr. Kent was very thorough. He listened to my issues and then took the time to explain my cpap machine like it should have done before! Very impressed with Dr. Kent and his staff.
