Dr. David Kelsall, MD

After 2 years of going to this practice and continually having billing and insurance mistakes (double billing, not updating insurance information I gave them), I complained to the billing department. When I called to make my next appointment, I was told I was no longer welcome at the practice. It is hard to have respect for a doctor that lets his office staff determine who is welcome at his practice.

To even get an appointment one must fill out a lengthy, and often irrelevant form, via text. There is no ability to talk to a human being. All messages are via impersonal texts. I pity the poor senior trying to negotiate getting an appointment.

Dr. Kelsall is an excellent physician. I visited two specialists before selecting Dr. Kelsall for my surgery. I was pleased with the outcome, the post-operative care, and the subsequent yearly check-ups. He never rushes my visit and answers all questions thoroughly. Very kind person.

Excellent doctor! Very knowledge and caring. Reviewed all my records in advance and was very kind. Spent a lot of time explaining things to me. Definitely recommend highly!

I tried 5 times to contact this office to schedule an appointment in a 27 day span. The first 2 times I left messages and no one returned my call. The next 2 times I was actually able to speak to someone who took my name and number stating they were understaffed and would return my call later that day. Guess what, it didn't happen. The fifth time I was actually able to schedule an appointment for 3 weeks out (no problem) and then 2 days before the appointment they called me and cancelled the appointment informing me that I would need to call back and reschedule.

I have called repeatedly to schedule an appointment. No one answers the phone even though it's during regular business hours. They state their line is turned over to the answering machine from noon-1:30. That's fine, as long as you could get through when you call in the morning or later afternoon. But no one answers! I left a message and no one calls me back. This is utterly ridiculous. I will be reporting back to the doctor who referred me. NO one should be referred to Dr. Kelsall.

Dr. Kelsall is a very knowledgeable physician. He can seem a bit shy but he really does care about his patients. I have seen him for many years and I feel well taken care of.
