Dr Jack was very interested in my concerns about my health issues. He listened And responded to all my questions. Recommended lab work and expedited them so results were back the next day.

Very kind and compassionate Doctor

I took my kindergartener to Dr. Jack when she had JRA. She has gone there ever since. We always knew that Dr. Jack was a trusted source for her healthcare. She is turning 30 this year.

He listens, he is fun and friendly. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. My family loves Dr. Jack!

Annual physical and checkup

I have been going to Dr. Jack for several years. I have found him to be an adequate doctor for the most part. At times I have found him to be brisk and that my concerns were rather trivial. However, I have continued to go to him. My last exchange changed my opinion of him, sadly. I had a question about why I was alway billed for my physicals. I had a most unfortunate exchange of correspondence with him. He was very rude, and tivializing things that were supposedly brought up in the exam, that may have been discussed several years ago. I was very hurt and disappointed by this treatment. I feel like it was very unprofessional and disrespectful of me as a patient and as a person.

I have been seeing Dr. Jack for the last 15-20 years. He is always professional and personable. He has extensive medical knowledge and he always discusses the issues with thoroughness. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Jack always shows a caring heart. He listens intently to what we say then makes sure he understands it exactly. He is upbeat and happy and always smiling. He offers advice on exercises to relieve sore muscles and gives a handout for added information. My husband and I are very happy that we have chosen to use Dr. David Jack as our primary care physician.
