Don’t go to this dr!!! Quality Issues!!!bad
I had parotid tumor surgically removed by him. A week later, he “removed the stitches” and drain and closed the case. No more follow up appts. I had to make another appt to have more stitches removed that he missed. My pcp months later, had to cut into me to remove one more. I suspect there is another one in there. I can feel it. Don’t go to him. I wish I had of just taken my chances with the benign tumor.

Awful experience
Had to wait for over an hour. He interupted me several times and did not listen. He may know his speciality but he should not be seeing patients.

Rude and Does Not Listen
I came in to be fitted for an oral device for sleep apnea. Once I told him why I was there, he walked up to me and suddenly put his hand on my throat and asked me to swallow, but then he did not give me any time to swallow. Then, again without warning, he stuck his fingers into my mouth and starting feeling around. He said that I would not be able to use an oral device, even though I had previously had one that my dog chewed into pieces. He kept telling me to keep using my C-pap machine even though I told him multiple times that the C-pap threw me into vertigo spells on the lowest setting where it was helpful. He also scheduled me for another sleep study test even though I had told him over and over again that I already had one scheduled. The office he referred me to for the sleep then kept calling me repeatedly. This was the most frustrating doctor's visit I have ever had and I feel that he did not deserve any payment from my insurance company and that I wasted my $40 co-pay.

Never going back
This man had one of the worst demeanors and body language just coming into the room. Just rude from the start. Goes to look in my ears and was irritated I had wax in my ear! Took a tool to scrap it out! I said owe that hurts sorry made me jump twice and he says it’s the ear it’s sensitive!!! Goes to the other one breaths heavily and says this this one too.. cleans that one as well. As he pulls my ear all the way back. Than shoves a scope in my nose to my throat without talking me through it, numbing it or anything! Said a lymph node was muscles. Roughly went over my throat as well. He was so unprofessional and unwelcoming. I will never recommend him to anyone.

This guy is a nightmare. I saw him for sinus issues. He gave me a rinse to use. Within 24 hours I was back in his office in so much pain I thought I was going to pass out. He saw me and said" oh your sinus looks burned, there is nothing I can do for you". That was it, the end. I ended up going to the emergency room. My insurance paid that crook for the office visit but I refused to pay the additional 71.18 they wanted. I have had several conversations with the Nasty office witch. Now its almost 2 years ago and here they are again. This time they turned me over to a collection agency. UNREAL!!!! They mean to put a mark on my outstanding credit. Dr HU hurt me and damaged my sinuses for the rest of my life because he had NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING. Stay away from this place there are so many other places you can go to get good service.

Adequate treatment, but waited 45 minutes in a completely empty waiting room. He seemed flip, perhaps a cultural difference. Did not enjoy the experience and promptly found a different ENT MD.

Horrible doctor!!! STAY AWAY. My father was found to have dozens of IgE food allergies. He told my dad that they "weren't that bad" yet it turns out, THEY ARE VERY BAD!!! He now has severe asthma and told he has COPD!!! Likely he doesn't have COPD but severe food allergies that he has been conditioned to ignore! Disgusting negligence. I have almost SAME food allergies as my dad too, & MAST CELL DISEASE. This Dr. supposedly told my parents his IgE food allergies aren't that bad which is INSANITY

I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Dr Hu for treatment and surgery. He clearly explained the procedure and answered my questions patiently. I felt confident in his care, have had positive results and receive thorough attention in regular follow-up appointments. All office staff are also wonderfully courteous and professional.

Rough and uncommunicative when treating a sore ear aggravated by allergy. Pulled ear, inserted some tool that made a grinding sound -- and made it feel worse. No treatment suggestions beyond ear drops recommended by Urgent Care. Never recommend this ENT.

Dr. Hu was very kind, patient and professional. I have tinnitus. He listened to my woes, examined me, had my hearing tested. Soon afterwards he gave me clear explanation as why I have this condition and has some helpful suggestions. I left feeling better and hopeful.

I saw Dr Hu for an itch in my throat. After a less than 10 minutes exam, he determined that it was 'post nasal drip', and prescribed some medicine. He also removed a blob of ear wax; a procedure that took less than a minute. However, they billed my insurance over $700. for this less-than-10-minute visit! My insurance reduced this amount, but because I have a high-deductible policy, I am going to be on the hook for more than $400. Stay away unless you have a low deductible policy or are wealthy.
