Dr. David Hotwagner, DO

Listened to me and really wanted to do whatever it took to help me! Finally left the ER in no pain and had answers and solutions. I’m extremely grateful to him. He’s just an Incredibly caring and determined dr. I felt confident that he was taking care of me. Highly recommend

Dr Hotwanger took the time to explain in laymen’s terms what was happening and what I may anticipate moving forward into diagnosis.Very calming, very articulate and personal. I’d want him on my side during medical stress times like we were dealing with.

Doctor Hotwagner was very personable and highly skilled. I brought my 4 month old son in and he had to have blood work drawn. I have had bad experiences in the past having blood taken from my other kids at a young age, with nurses sticking them multiple times and still failing to get an IV. When Dr. Hotwagner determined we would need to draw blood he brought in an ultrasound machine and did the IV himself. He was able to get it on the first try and my son only cried for a minute. He was very thorough and explained all the results very clearly and answered every last one of my questions. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience bringing my children to the emergency room and I can honestly say it is all thanks to him.

I came to the emergent department and saw Dr. Hotwagner. He was excellent and very thorough physician.

Dr.Hotwagner has a very calming demeanor when he walks into your room. He listens patiently to your questions. He is very pleasant and most importantly professional. We are always glad to see him whenever we have to visit the ER at Gardens Hospital. He gives excellent service. Five star physician.

I took my daughter to Dr. HotWagner through the ER. His diagnosis was WRONG with my special needs child. I just got home from a competent orthopedic doctor. I will never go to that ER again!

I took my 22 yr old son to Gardens Hospital emergency room in Feb 2016. Dr David Hotwagner was the attending emergency room physician. I have never met such a pleasant Doctor, not to mention Very Good looking too!!!!!! He was very attentive, kind and to the point. He did not take advantage of us and no unnecessary tests. Highly recommend this Doctor.

I saw him in the emergency room at Palm Beach Gardens Hospital and he was excellent and one of the few that seemed to actually and generally cared about me. My experience with so many of them I would get the feeling they are in the medical field for the money not because they want to make people's lifes better as Dr. Hotwagner came across to me. I was prepared to leave if I would have seen the other ER Doctor I saw before him as he was rude and just did not seem to care.
