Dr. David Hodges, MD

Dr Hodges is an amazing doctor! He was originally seeing me for lymphoma via teleconference. I live in MN and he is in TX. When I told him about pain I was having in my upper left abdomen (determined not to be cancer) he has been helping me find the cause. MRI is scheduled next. Thank you for going way above and beyond!

Dr Hodges treated my father here in waterloo ia for stage 4 cancer. I believe Hodges is by far one of the best most honest and caring doctors my father and I have ever had the pleasure of working through and navigating the best treatment plan possible. It is very unfortunate dr hodges will be no longer serving the waterloo Iowa area . For he will be moving on to another state. He is a true blessing to all he serves and will be miss! GO RED!! I would tell you about the visit but this group belongs in the circus. They loose medical records,they will not return phone calls,they wll make an appointment without even letting you know. Gave them my insurance information 3 times and they lost that also. Avoid them. If you don't have medical problems if you can get there you will probably have mental issues when you are done dealing with the staff.

I have never in my 55 years of life had to deal with a more clueless bunch of clowns as those at this office. The list of how not to run a medical practice is to long for me to type. Avoid this place. Your Mental Health depends on it.

Dr. Hodges is a very caring doctor who goes above and beyond for all of his patients. He has been taking care of my husband and we talk to a lot of other patients of Dr. Hodges in the infusion rooms and we all feel the same way about his care, which is the very best. Doctor Hodges is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy and he makes you feel like you are the only patient he has. which is rare anymore. I hope nobody else needs an Oncologist, but if one does, Doctor Hodges is the doctor who will do his upmost best and then some. We trust him.

Dr Hodges is a dream Doctor! He sits down and gives you his undivided attention during your visit. You will immediately know he really cares about his patients. He's a great doctor and ally to have if you need an Oncologist.

Superior doctor/patient communications: clear and unambiguous. Full attention to the patient and does not make notes on a computer while the patient describes symptoms, asks questions, or simply waits "patiently." Takes the time to ensure the patient understands treatment protocols if treatment is necessary. Outstanding staff and administration.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hodges, he is extremely caring of his patients. He will listen to what as been said and gives consideration to what has been asked of him. I would truly hate to replace him has my Oncologist. In my opinion and my family as well he is not replaceable.

I highly recommend Dr. David Hodges. Always listens intently to you and tries to resolve issues through whatever means he believes is beneficial. Plus he is simply very nice.

Dr. Hodges is always thorough and allows enough time that you don’t feel rushed. Feel like l’ve known him for years instead of months.
