The best experience at an ophthalmology office in a long time. One technician performs many exams and tests before you are brought to Dr. Hill’s exam room. Olivia was professional and thorough. It was a very disciplined experience. Dr. Hill’s exam was the same way. He performed some tests I have not experienced at my other doctor’s office. His recommendation re cataract surgery was calm. He did not try to convince me to undergo it as has been done before. The entire appointment did take about 2 hours but it is taken up with your technician and the doctor and time for the drops to dilate. It is an expected wait time and no different in any other practice. I’m relieved that I decided to change doctors and come to Dt. Hill.

Negative. ?He was upset that I called the weekend answering service because of blood in my eye and new floaters and flashers after eyelid procedure performed by another doctor in his practice. On Monday morning, his exam was rough, he provided very minimal patient information, but did say that my problem was 'nothing'. That evening I ended up in ER due to bleeding. And the next night was transported to ER by ambulance, needed cauterization Weds morning. I share this for the safety of others.

135 minutes for annual exam, two hours to see doctor. Never asked any questions, despite having raised them with staff. Had to re-examto answer concern, which he then found supporting evidence and noted, but suggested to check again in a year. Dr Hill's response to the mention of the two hour wait was that they do the best they can.
