Emergency room visit for a head laceration
He took care of my Mother (who has dementia) after a fall, where she split her head open and needed 6 staples. My poor mother was crying and yelling in pain from him very roughly putting the staples into my mother's scalp. It didn't even phase him that he was hurting her. I realize it's not easy stapling someone's head, but he could have taken more care, taking my mother's age and mental state into account.

Great doctor experience
He took care of me at Newton Wellesley this past week. I was very scared and in a lot of pain. He was kind and made me feel better while searching for a cause. I felt confident in his care. Of course, he figured it out and now I’m better.

Diagnostic mistake
I have been seen by Dr Hark in ER where I told him that I have a parasite in my scalp. Dr. Hawk did not found anything wrong with me and ever mentioned S12 in his note, later parasite has been removed from my scalp in MGH ER. Not a pleasant experience.

Rude. Terrible bedside manners. Should not be on the front line of patient contact.
