Awful. Very opinionated man that doesn't care about your needs. Seems like he doesn't have time for much, never at the hospital, and if you are a young veteran watch out because he is very stereotypical. I have never felt comfortable around him, so I took my wife one time, and she ended up feeling the same way. Very rude as well. He interrupts a lot and tries to control the room.
