I was treated like a drug addict because I am taking pain medicine for my back injury. The doctor was very rude, abrasive and condescending. He assumed that the problem I was as seeing him for was totally due to my pain meds. I would highly not recommend that a patient consider seeing him if you are taking any type of pain medications.

Well first off I confirmed my appointment with Dr.grouse's office with all intent to go as I had been waiting a while to see a neurologist, because of a serious medical emergency I had to go to Beckley and was there from 2 am to 330 pm the day of my appointment. So when I called to reschedule Jessica very rudely told me they do not reschedule. I tried to explain to her what happened but she wouldn't hear it. This woman needs a crash course in proper medical office etiquette. Rude as hell.

I was referred to Dr Grouse , I was having continuous leg and foot pain that could not be derermined by the test that had been performed by primary physician . Dr Grouse completed a nerve study and found no nerve damage. He recommended more test including blood work . We have a medical plan in place.i am very pleased with my care by Dr. Grouse. He has been very concerned with my condition and has been very professional in helping me to get relief with my condition .

Dr. Grouse diagnosed and has treated my MG condition since 2017 and is very thorough and explains the meds and answers questions. He takes time in letting you ask questions and explaining your condition.
