Dr. David Greene, MD

Dr. Green is superb - thorough, effective and meticulous. He spends the time at each visit to do a check and review of all issues and progress. He cured my thrush after another ENT misdiagnosed it and I had spent one year of ineffective treatment before finding Dr. Greene. He noticesd, inquired about and addressed my allergy-related runny nose. The nasal spray he prescribed is magic - not more carrying a tissue with me all the time! He's now working with me on sleep apnea. Dr. Greene's referrals are also excellent. He referred me to a top notch dentist and an excellent neurologist for other issues. He follows up. His report of each visit is detailed. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The only negative is that their telephone service is spotty so you have to be patient and maybe call a couple times. If only every doctor were as good as he is!

After battling with sinus issues for three decades with multiple doctors, Dr. Greene came up with a plan that treats my ongoing sinus infections and loss of smell (I couldn't tell that my dog had been skunked). Takes his time to explain the treatment plan and has a sincere concern for my well being. Great doctor!

I am a doctor and thought I was getting good ENT medical care. Then I move to Florida and was referred to Dr Greene. He used advanced testing and treatments to almost completely eliminate my chronic sinus and middle ear infections; difficult to do in a patient like me with bad allergies and an immune deficiency. He also fixed my hearing issues. WORLD CLASS ENT CARE!

I want to tell everyone that Dr Greene is the best ENT in Southwest Florida. Not only does he have 2 Dr degrees. Plastic surgery and ENT. But he reconstructed my nose. Has cured my sinus and ear infections, just to name a few. Other Dr ENT missed so many diagnoses in which Dr Greene cured them with ease. I highly recommend him and if anyone has been treated by Dr Greene, they are aware of his expertise. His office staff are amazing..kind, welcoming and informative.

Dr Greene and his nurse Stephanie have been the sweetest, most communicative, and professional healthcare providers I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. I had my septum straightened, fractures fixed, among other nasal reconstructions and they walked me through every step with the most compassion I’ve ever witnessed (and I’ve had a handful of surgical procedures in the past). Every member of this ENT office has assisted with the most positive experience I’ve ever had; they personalize every visit. Even my surgery went smoothly, Dr Greene does magnificent work! I can breathe better, smell better, sleep better, and it even looks better. I had the easiest recovery and post-op visits were a breeze. Can’t say enough good things about this doctor, his team, and his work. 100 out of 10, I recommend him.

I recently faced a decision based on test results that were very complex, offering alternative courses of actions versus direct recomendations. Being aware of the dilemna, Dr. Greene scheduled a Telehealth appointment with me to help educate me on the test results, making me comfortable with the ultimate direction that I took. Dr Greene operated on me in 2012 for obstructions in my nasal canal as well as reconstruction of my nasal cavities due to a combat injury. My breathing and quality of life continue to be improved and I can honestly say he has changed my life. .I continue to see him regularly for earwax cleaning and overall checkups. He has always been very attentive and a quality doctor.

Dr. Greene skillfully resolved my father in-laws very serious sinus infection/locked sinus cavity that was causing dizziness and headaches. Dr. Greene pursued all non-surgical options before ultimately eliminating the infection surgically. Dr. Greene and his wonderful, professional staff attentively explained everything, enabling us to easily perform the requisite home care and follow up office visits that completely resolved the headaches and dizziness. Tried to schedule an appointment by phone which requires you to leave a message and they state do not call back if you do not receive a call back. I have been waiting over a week for a call back.

I had a seriously deviated septum and could only breath through one of my nostrils. To make matters worse, I had previously broken my nose on two different occasions and did not seek medical treatment. It was actually my dentist that showed me my deviated septum in a 3D xray, and recommended that I seek out an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist to have an examination and consultation. I carefully checked and reviewed all of the ENT specialists in the Naples, FL area, and Dr. David Green was the standout in my research, so I made an appointment. He was very nice to meet with and did recommend a septoplasty and a couple of other related repairs to my nose at the same time to correct my condition. Outpatient surgery was then scheduled at a nearby surgery center. The surgery went well and without complications, and I can finally breath normally again. There was of course follow-up care both the day after the surgery, and then again, a week later. Dr. Greene was friendly and very professional.

I recently met with Dr. Green for a follow up to a previous appointment. I have seen Dr. Green several times now and each time he is the consummate professional. Helpful and very skilled, his high level of competence is matched by his immediate understanding of all issues. Furthermore, his entire office staff seem to function on the same level of competence combined with compassion and good humour. I would highly recommend.

My husband has been to several Drs. and had no good outcome, we finally came to Dr. Greene and he knew what to do immediately. Thanks to his work my husband can breath better. Dr. Greene is unsurpassed in his medical expertise, ability to assess a situation as well as seeing it through to a successful conclusion. And did I also mention he treats his patients with the utmost of respect and concern. When he performed a Radiofrequency Turbinates procedure on me, it provided me with the ability to breathe like I hadn't in many years. A relatively simple procedure, it made me wonder why it had never been recommended to me in the past by my former medical professionals. Thank you Dr. Greene. You are simply the best!
