No compassion for patient, rude staff.
Does not care about a patient, staff is rude and making up lies when caught not doing their job, answering the phone for example. Always voicemail. You feel like cattle when called and sent to the room, then 2 minutes and you're out the door, just a money-making place. Get a second opinion!!!! I am glad I did.

I had to go back to the hospital so I wasn't going to my appointment but I called and told them what's going on but because the Dr's at the nursing home . wrote the prescription for my pain meds to the pharmacy to give me at theNH.Dr.G accused me of doctor hopping for pain meds Idk but he wouldn't listen and I said I didn't do anything wrong he said no you just have different given u meds idk he didn't care

Dr Greybill has at this point made my pain go away. I received an injection today and was in pain after the pain medication wore off from my injection. I did not expect immediate results but he said I should feel some relief by the next evening at the latest. I went home and took a nap and when I woke up I was moving with ease. . I am so glad I went to his office. I expected a wait for my injection but was able to have it done the next day. I cannot stress how much pain I was in. I can tell you I am in no pain at this time. He is an awesome Doctor. Thank you Dr Greybill. I hope to see you again if and when this is needed again.

*Please let me know why this wasn’t accepted. I read the rules and cannot see where they were violated with this review. * I had a nerve ablation done 2 weeks ago on my right knee with a failed knee replacement. After the procedure my husband noticed some burn marks on my right calf and ankle. I was told that the procedure would feel like a bad sunburn but nothing else. The scars began to look worse and it became painful to rest my leg on anything. I left 4 messages for a callback but never got one. My follow up appt is not scheduled for another 2 weeks. I am just googling info to find out what’s going on and if this is normal because no one has called me back yet. This is unacceptable and I am so disappointed because the office that he works out of in Dallas once a week, is a good office. Been going there for last 5 years. They always return my calls and answer any concerns that I have. Worst experience I’ve had after having surgery or a procedure done.

Dr Graybill and his staff have been a BLESSING to me since 2018, in providing relief from my pain. I call him my Dr Happy! He is always positive, really listens, explains my problem in detail and course of action to take, and never appears hurried to leave the room. The same is true of his assistant and nurse. During injections, if I am awake, he is excellent with explaining what he is doing. Dr Graybill has my trust 110%. I always feel confident and safe. Even prior to a needed injection, I feel better emotionally just walking out after a regular appointment. What more can a patient ask of a Dr?

came in for visit because of pain. I considered the pain chronic (it drove me to the emergency room). I could not function. Dr. Graybill displayed compassion and helped with shots that relieved the pain immediately. I would recommend Dr. Graybill as an angel. Also he told me that if this pain was arthritis he would have to have me see someone else. I left him and had a RA test which wasn't in my future. I have RA and I am being treated. I feel that Dr. Graybill knows his stuff. Good man.

I had been seeing another pain specialist in Arlington for 5 years to no avail, shots and procedures were doing nothing, medication doing nothing period and extreme pain. Move to Dr Graybill and was ecstatic at the difference in his treatments for me and his demeanor was incredible credible.

I was referred to Dr. Graybill by my orthopedic surgeon for pain management after knee replacement surgery. Dr. Graybill’s practice is the worst I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They don’t return phone calls, they say they’ve done things they haven’t such as contacting insurance company, etc. I had my last appt there on 9/25/17 and have been trying to get my prescription for pain medicine filled since then. Today is 10/9/17 and I am still without pain medication. Do NOT recommend!!!
