Indifferent doctor
The patients are a number and sign of $ for him, if you take natural remedies that is bad for you, you need pills only

Missed cancer diagnosis, rude, unprofessional
I am an M.D. myself from a top tier ranked med school (but I did not tell him this), and he treated me like I was the dumbest person on the planet when I asked questions and made suggestions. He is rude and shrugs patients' concerns off, and I feel this is because he doesn't know what to make of them. He didn't take my father's concerns seriously, missing and delaying diagnosis on what ended up being an advanced cancer.

My family has been patients of Dr Gould for about 15 years. Yes there were some bumps in the road when he went from private practice to Memorial Hermann but that did not change what kind of doctor he is and we will continue to see him until he retires. He's always been kind, compassionate, easy to talk to and available. You can't ask much more from a doctor. He is fantastic. I can only guess, due to the timing of the reviews, that these others were during that transitional period.

I was a patient of Gould for 20 years. I had a mammogram and gave him as my doctor since they require the mammogram report be sent to a doc. When I called for the results they asked if I wanted to make an appt to discuss them. I said, no, I just wanted the results. They then told me he had to review them first. No one would EVER call me back. I called at least three times, and they got more rude each time. Waiting for mammo results is scary, and NO ONE should be treated so callously.

Dr. Gould seems to be a good doctor. I let him take care of me for years. I always kept up with medications and visits, and always received a good bill of health. More, I just received a good 'BILL'. After following all instructions and taking medications his care watched me end up with a heart attack. His current staff is inadequate and intolerant. You'll always be put on hold no matter what you're calling about. Find a different doctor.

Thanks for taking my money, and not listening to my past experience with the same medication you prescribed me. How can you properly diagnose someone you have never met in a period of 4-5 minutes? Kept leaving and coming back during exam. What a waste. They do not respond quickly to patient questions.

Horrible patient care experience. Went there for my annual physical exam. Had to sign a piece of paper that said if I wanted to talk to my doctor about a problem, there would be another charge. This explains why the waiting room was empty.

I have total trust in Dr. Gould. I have been seeing him since the 80s. Wait times are always short,. His staff are always helpful & courteous. When I came back from a business trip in 93 to India sick as a dog, Dr. Gould had me back on my feet in short order. After that I always check with him before I left on any other trips to the Far East and have never gotten sick on a trip again. He stays on top of what is happening in the medical world of illnesses. Thanks for everything

One of my co-workers referred Dr. Gould to me and its been a perfect fit. His staff is always friendly and courteous and they always find a way to work you in the schedule to fit your needs. The office is always clean and I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Thank you and your team Dr. Gould.
