Dr Glaser was so understanding of my problem. I went as a second opinion from him and he explained why it wasn’t necessary for me to have a shoulder replacement. I’m so grateful that he helped me see another way of looking at my injuries. Now with PT I am almost back to normal. Thank you Dr Glaser

Dr. Glaser was my saving grace. I had a fall in March and because of Covid, I was not able to get an appointment. When I saw Dr. Glaser in July with my surgery scheduled the end of that month, I thought that I would have no function in my arm because of my age (72). Not only was the surgery a success, I now have full function of that shoulder. I highly recommend Dr. Glaser and his associates in making this possible.

Technically good, bedside manner is poor. Dr. Glaser did not even stop by to see me before my operation. He sends his PA to deal with the patient, and it is clear that he does not respect his patients time, concerns or feelings.

Dr. Glaser took time to explain all relevant issues. He was patient, with a good sense of humor and perspective. Informative. Trustworthy. Went above and beyond. I didn’t need shoulder surgery, but should I need it, I’ll definitely go to him.

First time seeing him for a dislocated elbow. He spent MORE then enough time with me as i was very nervous and probably asked the same question numerous times. Dr was very personable and explained everything to me. Penn simply is the best place to be for everything.

I feel any patient having surgery with Dr. Glaser would get nothing but excellent and the best results.. He was kind enough to take on my case and guided me to a wonderful result.. I had an elbow surgical procedure with him and he did a great job. He is the head of a PENN team; what else needs to be said!!
