If you have vision problems, I highly recommend Dr. Frasz and Dr. Higgins. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Frasz, Dr. Higgins, their technicians, or the office staff. They are all very thorough and very good at what they do. If they are running late, that's just a typical doctors office occurrence. Emergency's happen. I have actually been at the office for an appointment when he got called to the emergency room for a severe injury to a child's eye. It wasn't long before he came back, with the child, and rushed him through to his exam area and special equipment. Not one of us waiting for our appt. got up to complain or reschedule. And sometimes co-workers call in sick leaving them short staffed. Any time you go to a doctors office be prepared for an emergency. And pray it's not one of your family members.

Clinicians are excellent. The office is poorly run. Over the past 10 years I don't recall ever being seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. The wait time between dilating drops and part two of the eye exam varies from 15 minutes (when they are near the end of the day, and running late) and 45 minutes (when they have a waiting room full of people).

I have been seeing Dr. Frasz for years for my vision care. I find him very professional, knowledgeable and I trust him with the care of my eyes. His staff is always friendly, helpful and personable. Both Dr. Frasz and staff explain what they are doing at every step of the exam and are willing to answer any questions, or refer to Dr. Frasz’ expertise.
