Dr. Francis is an excellent doctor. I never doubted his recommendations, because he was able to give me a clear description of my disease and how he could help me. He removed the nodules on my vocal chords, after attempting therapy with no improvement and I could not be happier. I would recommend Dr. Francis to anyone!

Dr. Francis was excellent. He spent about 30 minutes with me and took the time to explain why my problem was happening and gave me a clear plan of attack. I left feeling confident and reassured. Highly recommend Dr. Francis for anyone with throat or voice problems.

Would not go to him unless you a very pronounced voice disorder that interferes your ability to speak or a singer. As long as your able to speak your told not to worry about it.
