I found him not a doctor that doesn’t express warmth or interest to a new patient who is there for his doing an upper intestine procedure. He saw me and spent not more than 10 minutes and left me with his assistant. After the procedure came quickly to check during recovery and that was the end of it.

I had an endoscopy on March 10, 2025. I needed to schedule a visit to the doctor within 24 hours, but I can't make a follow-up appointment because no one answers the phone all day.No one even called from the office to see how I was feeling. I've had this procedure done in other states, in California and New York and they always asked about my condition even on the same day or the next day.And this is not the first time it is impossible to get through to this office. On my first visit, I waited 3 hours to see the Dr. Forcione around 10 minutes, complete indifference to the patient.Very bad organization to schedule the appointments. Factory of patients.I have to visit this office again, because I want to receive the report about my procedure and result of my biopsy. Hopefully I can contact the office in the next few days.

Waiting…..again!
Waited 1 hour last time and never saw him because computers were down So they gave me an 8:15 appt so I wouldn’t have to wait. It’s now 9:15, waiting room is full and they have no idea when he’ll see me

So my colonoscopy I waited six hours with no explanation and no conversation after the procedure. I went for my follow up appointment. There was a 3 and a half hour wait. He thinks people should wait for him again with no communication.

Office visit and procedure
I had an endoscopy done and was given botulinum toxin to relax the esophageal muscle. The toxin paralyzed the esophagus and all of the muscles in my throat. I was never told that the botulinum toxin could cause this. Also, follow up was the worst visit I ever had with a doctor. He was cold and unfeeling and never even came over to me to examine me. He showed no compassion or caring.

A good doctor but an office that is in chaos
I believe he is a good doctor, but his office is so disorganized that it’s not worth seeing him. Callbacks almost never happen. If you really need them, it’s impossible to get through. I just had to transfer my car to someone else because I couldn’t take it anymore.

Horrid office staff attitude
My appt. was made several weeks ago for this coming week. Today, four days before the appt. I received a call from a very rude girl in the office stating that I should see a Level 1 GI doctor (didn't know that there were 'levels'), and that Dr. Forcione is for patients with tumors. Get your act together and don't waste peoples' time. The appt should not have been made if this was the attitude. And I had a referral and it was all scheduled. Shame on this office and I hope Dr. Forcione gets wind of this. Actually, I will email him directly as well to be sure.

Excellent Surgeon
I live in Lake Worth, but my gastroenterologist in Wellington, Dr. Seth Steinberg told me that I needed to go to Dr. Forcione in Boca Raton. I had a bout of chronic pancreatitis in October 2020, that left extensive damage. Dr. Forcione located the cyst in my pancreas and has been performing ERCP’s on me every 3-6 months since then. I have had numerous stents placed and replaced during that time. He now plans to place a stent in my inoperable gallbladder to help alleviate my ongoing problems with gallstone sludge.

Good Doctor but no follow up after surgery.
Worst office staff I have ever encountered. I was having a problem day after surgery. Left messages 3 times in 5 days. Rude office staff hung up on me after giving me appointment with NP. She complained there was only 2 people working. When I said that’s no excuse to not return call in 5 days she abruptly hung up on me. Very RUDE & IGNORANT person. Giving a 1 to 10 overall i give this office a 0 Do not recommend at all.

Upper Endoscopy With Polyp Removal
I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Forcione, his team from Yane to Dana to Mirasol, and Dr. Marino, Frank, and all the other staff members who took care of me during my time at Baptist Health. I truly appreciate the dedication and effort they put into ensuring my comfort and well-being. Their professionalism and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for all patients did not go unnoticed.I am thankful for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Forcione, Dr. Marino, and the entire staff. I look forward to witnessing the completion of the new building at Baptist Health, which promises to be a beautiful addition to the facility. Thank you once again to everyone involved for their hard work and for making my procedure a smooth and professional experience. Wishing all of them the very best.

Reaching Dr Forcione
Difficult to reach. impersonal way to reach him. You have to call their service. Call does not go to Drs office. I still haven’t heard after reaching out four days ago. As a patient this is not professional. I will have to drive a half hour to talk to a staff member to get my answer. Inexcusable.

ELEVEN calls in three days w/o a return call
I had an endoscopy on 6-3-22. Since then I have made 11 calls to the office to schedule a post op over the past 4 days, including the "supervisor". I have neve, I repeat have never received a call back from his office. If I treated my patients the same way this office treats patients my practice would have closed!!!

I’m trying to schedule my 16th colonoscopy- he saved my life in 2004. He is excellent, but very busy. It is true that his new admin. doesn’t call back no matter what. I’ve had an annual colonoscopy since ‘04 and I’m not sure how to schedule it - I’ve even sent messages via patient gateway - high risk for colon cancer recurrence. He and his team are great. He is far from arrogant - very friendly and down to earth saving people’s lives. Maybe he needs a new admin. NOW?

Doctor Forcione is hard to reach, his scheduler will not call you back no matter how many messages you leave. Dr Forcione performed what was supposedly a standard endoscopy on me. Two days later I got admitted to the hospital in excruciating pain with suspected pancreatitis. While in the hospital he did not find the time to visit me once. He was paged several times but did not show. Uncaring and arrogant.

Dr. Forcione is an outstanding gastroenterologist who, I'm certain, has saved my mother's life. She was diagnosed with gastric cancer and unable to undergo the traditional invasive surgery to remove it. Dr. Forcione performed a highly specialized technique to remove her tumor in a minimally invasive way. He explained the procedure clearly, followed up immediately afterwards, and called us to explain the pathology report and the next steps that needed. We are grateful to have found him.

Dr. Forcione is very arrogant and unprofessional. When our Mother was in the hospital with severe pancreatitis - we had him paged to her room and he never showed up. Most times he would just ignore the nurses many calls to him or he would send some flunkie that had no idea what they were doing. He did a routine procedure and nicked a blood vessel which caused my Mom to bleed to death. He didn't even have the guts to come and say sorry to the family.
