I HAD AN APPT TODAY AT 12:10 AT YOUR CG LOCATION. I HAD TO LEAVE AT 1:30 WITHOUT SEEING THE DOCTOR. I ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST AT 12:40, HOW MUCH LONGER? SOON, YOU ARE NEXT. 1:10, TO THE LADY THAT BROUGHT ME INSIDE: HOW MUCH LONGER? SOON, YOU ARE NEXT... NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAD TO WAIT WAY TOO LONG. THERE IS DEFINITELY A SCHEDULING PROBLEM. EMPLOYEES SEEMED MUCH MORE INTERESTED IN DEALING WITH THEIR LUNCH THAN WITH THEIR PATIENTS. FIRST TIME AT THE CORAL GABLES LOCATION. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE… THE BUILDING, THE OFFICE, EVERYTHING. THE SMELL OF FOOD… NO DISTANCING, NO HAND SANITIZER, IFFY BATHROOMS… WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE EVERYWHERE. HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING (BETTER HAVE CASH). THIS PLACE IS A COVID INCUBATOR. THE HANDLING OF PATIENTS IN THIS OFFICE IS COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE AT MANY LEVELS. I EXPECT MUCH MORE FROM ANYBODY I DO BUSINESS WITH. DOCTORS, IN MY OPINION, SHOULD BE ABOVE ALL ELSE. THIS OFFICE IS CERTAINLY NOT.

I really wish I could give him a better review. I went to see this doctor because I saw that the had good ratings and reviews and unfortunately, was extremely disappointed. First of all, good luck if you are in Pain and need to see him right away at his Miami Beach office. I was in extreme pain after suffering a big fall and I had to wait over a month to see him. I had an MRI done so he basically had to read it and give me the diagnosis. It turned out that I had a partial tear on my Rotator Cuff, and he sent me to do some physical therapy. I did like the fact that he was not quick to suggest surgery but instead injected me and sent me to therapy. I had to then schedule a follow up appt which again, I had to wait for over a month. Finally, when I went to the appt, after waiting over an hour in the waiting area, I got a text letting me know that my appt was changed to a much later time. This happened while I was already there!!! I had to go to work and told them that I had to

My surgery took place during the early part of 2018. I had shoulder replacement , which was touted as one of the most painful surgeries and long recovery time. Thanks to Dr. Font, I made a complete recovery in a shorter time span than I had anticipated. His caring staff - the wonderful people employed in both offices -were both compassionate and competent. Although this review is a bit overdue, I finally got around to espousing the well deserved praise of a superb surgeon.

I normally do not post my experiences online but the impact on my life as a result of having surgery by Dr.Font Rodriguez has been so detrimental I felt it imperative to share. I was operated July 2017 for a torn rotator cuff and lab wrap tear. Today is January 29, 2017 and I still have little mobility in my arm, pain and I’m looking for a new surgeon. After my surgery I never saw Dr. Rodriguez again, I tried time and time again to have him call me and he never returned my calll. After surge

Dr Font-Rodriguez is a great surgeon, caring and compassionate. Unfortunately, he has awful office staff in The Kendall office. They are rude and unprofessional. Making an appointment is like pulling teeth, and waiting times of two or three hours are not uncommon.

I never got to meet the Dr. I have a bad shoulder sprain and booked an appointment to see the dr for the first time The day of my appointment I arrived on time to the dr's office just to learn that the doctor was not coming to the office that day! I was outraged! I waited for three weeks to get that appointment. His assistant claimed she had called me and left a message. However, I did not have any missed call or message from them. It is unacceptable to leave patients on pain without an appt.

This office is a sweat shop. I have waiting for almost 2 hours and the personnel does not have any customer service skills whatsoever. Many times you do not see Dr. Font Rodriquez but his physician assistant. Terrible service and absolutely no follow up from there office if you need copies of records, xrays or analysis.

Packed office. I had to fill out paperwork standing up. Receptionist confirmed I had 14 patients ahead of me. Could not wait the approximate 3.5 hrs it would take to see Dr. Font, so I rescheduled for another day. Two days prior to rescheduled appt. I receive a call telling me Dr. Font would not be in office, so I would have to reschedule again. I refused the offer. A month later I receive insurance claim showing insurance was billed $700 for services not rendered and he got paid $53. Hmm

On my first appt to this office after a top notch recommendation it was a zoo!! I waited 2 hours and never saw the doctor. My copayment was charged when I checked in and as I left without being seen the doctor I asked for a refund. At that point the receptionist realized that they had charged my copay to a different patient and the receipt was given to me with the other patients information. I was very disappointed at the lack of respect for the patients time.
