Dr. David Feder, DPM

I went to Dr. David Feder to be fitted for a medically necessary insert for one side. It took two office visits and the Dr. told me the agreed sized insert would be ordered. I asked for a few of them to put in different shoes. After three months, and after experiencing lots of back, neck and hip pain that the insert was meant to relieve, I called his office being Palm Beach Podiatry. I spoke with Cindy, who I found out was the practice manger. After looking at my file, Cindy informed me that the inserts were never ordered. She then, went on to note something about a substantial co-payment for the inserts. I was never informed by the Dr or his staff that any money was due upon the ordering of the inserts or prior to the inserts coming-in. I was none to happy and asked Cindy to have the Dr call me back at his earliest opportunity to explain. He never did. Two weeks later upon recommend of my insurance co, I requested refunds of my two co-pays and Cindy told me the Dr refused. Worst ever!

Excellent Doctor, friendly office staff, minimal wait time, highly recommend Dr. Feder. Excellent skills and laid back sweet personality.
