Dr. Faulk was an excellent doctor to me for many years, before suddenly refusing to take my calls or return my texts. My prescriptions, when due, would always be waiting at the pharmacy mysteriously. Never did he tell me that he’d moved to another area, and wouldn’t be able to see me anymore. He knew that fear of abandonment is HUGE for people with my disporder, but that’s exactly what he did to me. I thought he was hospitalized! There was nothing unusual in our last session. Very unethical!!!
