Awful 1st experience
My 89 year old mother had a 130 appointment and I went to enquire about it one hour later when holly was rude and disrespectful. She said she would see if there were techs available to find out when a room would become available and never did. She said she could reschedule without any sympathy as to why my mom had been sitting. This person has NO regard for patients and that’s not even seeing a doctor. My mom had my self and my sister with her, many of these people are without help. This practice is deplorable.

Thank you on behalf of my husband!
Dr. Fargason is awesome, we traveled to Baton Rouge by recommendation of a friend. He was very kind, listened to my husband's concerns and made him feel as he had hope, as the doctors back home had left him believing there was not much that could be done. Thank you to you and your staff, they were all awesome and caring. One eye left to care for, hope to see you soon.

My wife went to Eye Medical Center to see Dr. David Fargason as a new patient and I stayed with her. Her appointment was 3 PM. It took 2 hours of waiting time for us to see this doctor. While this doctor's medical skills look good, his office made a terrible arrangement. My wife's appointment is 3 PM but we had to wait until almost 5 PM to see this doctor. Some people came later than us but could see the doctor earlier. The nurse lied that they belong to another doctor but I did see Dr. Fargason come out from the later patient's waiting room. It is wasting our time and we were discriminated.
