Was screamed at by the billing clerk. I even asked to speak to someone who spoke better English as I couldn’t understand her. I have hearing issues hence my ENT appointment with Dr. Farber. She flat refused and told me I wasn’t going to be allowed to talk to anyone even though I told her I couldn’t understand her. She continued yelling. I was with Dr. Farber’s office since 1975 when Dr. Stiddard was there. I’ll never set foot in that place again. He fails to explain anything and talks so fast a.

I had nasal surgery done by him, worst doctor ever, a few days after room was spinning, called his office was told by nurse I could wait till next week to be seen, went to my family physician was told I had a bad sinus infection was sent to hospital received ivs with medicine , when I went to Farber the next week told him what happened, he yelled at me and was cramming the instrument to exam my nose hard down my nose , another person I talked to said he was treated the same way

The whole experience with this Doctor was seriously terrible. He just wants to find something to bring you back to the office so you get weekly Allergy injections. MONEY!!! I went to him to find out why I quit breathing in my sleep. He tells me I'm allergic to cockroaches and cats, things I don't even have. So now I have all these medical bills I have to pay with nothing being resolved. He didn't even listen to my medical issues. Wouldn't recommend to even take a Dog to him.

My daughter had cancelled her app't for allergy re-testing after her initial visit with him (she left her name, birth date, etc) and they STILL thought she was keeping the app't and stated they never got the message. If my daughter didn't follow up and cancel AGAIN, after an actual person was reached, they would have charged for a missed visit! They do NOT appear to care for their patient's at all....it's really only about the MONEY for them. Not a good first impression and NEVER going back.

Not because he wasn't great but because of dealing with his staff has been a huge pain. I've been paying off my bill and it is so inconvenient to call to pay it because I work mon-fri and I have to sneak off while I'm work just call. I wish they had online payment options. Don't leave a message for billing because they will never return your call. But you will get a call about your bill going to collections if you don't pay. The voice message does not state what normal business hours are.

My experience with Dr. Farber was truly a pleasure. He is such a knowledgable, thoughtful doctor to the extent that it makes you feel like you are in good hands.
