The doctor is very thorough, but his office staff is rude and incompetent. They are "at lunch" from 12pm-2pm. It takes 15 to 30 minutes on hold when you call. The staff will yell at you if they feel you are taking too much of their time (which is because they are totally unorganized) or even hang up on you. They complete requests sometimes or not...you never know. Dealing with them is an absolute nightmare.
