Done with Dunn.
Dr. Dunn runs people through his office like I used to run cattle through a chute. No time. No “bedside” manner; poor eye contact. No manners. Does not follow through from 1 visit to another, so must not keep good notes. Staff… really good OR REALLY REALLY BAD. Had me suffer through symptoms for a month without research. I ended up diagnosing myself. He ordered a test at the hospital I needed to have done before a saw a referral Dr.. The hospital admissions staff spoke to his staff & ask If they would send over a same day request (stat) so I could be scheduled for the last open appointment in radiology. Dunn staff called me and told me he said no. I’ve never heard of that kind of unprofessionalism. The hospital lost revenue. I had to cancel the appointment with the referral doctor since the test results would not be available in time. Dr. Dunn’s office ego”caused that doctor revenue. He cost me the immediate care I needed. I had been in pain for 6 months. Never again. Done with DrDunn.

Dr. Dunn
Dr. Dunn has been my personal physician for 18 years or more. He’s very patient, I can call him anytime of the day and get an appointment. He takes time to listen and offers the best advice for his patients. I know I’m in good hands , and don’t have to worry about my health. He follows up with a phone call, to check in on his patients. Great physician to entrust your health care.

1st visit was rushed with Doctor Dunn, I was told there’s too much to talk about schedule another appointment next week! Went today for the fasting bloodwork I was told to get, and the lab is in the doctors office sat in the parking lot on the phone with them for 20 minutes waiting for them to call me in, and I was told they had no orders for me! She said that the Doctor was busy and that she couldn’t get the bloodwork information from him and I told her to cancel tomorrow’s visit I’ll find someone who is competent and professional! The staff was cutting up on the phone while I waited and waited for an answer to do bloodwork, very unprofessional and she didn’t care about me canceling my appointment either, she said okay no problem and hung up the phone!

Dr. Dunn is a good physician, it's the office staff that I have a problem with. All they can say is pick up a "flower pen" and sign in. I wasted 30 minutes of my life because they could not answer a question. Phone calls are even worse. Dr. Dunn and Chadwick- YOU are losing patients because of YOUR staff. I'm going elsewhere as of today.
