Poor Nursing Staff
My insurance has been trying to obtain pre-authorization information for 2 weeks from Dr. Duncan's office and his nurse refuses to submit the clinical information requested to the insurance company. Therefore, I cannot get my prescription filled at the pharmacy. This is poor patient care on Dr. Duncan's staff.

Unprofessional and rude
I made an appointment for 2:15 and had it confirmed over the phone. I arrived 5 minutes early and sat while they called multiple people who arrived after me. Then I was told that my appointment was 2:30 and it is currently 2:37 and she told me I will have to wait another 20 minutes because they are “behind”. Extremely unprofessional and I was here to get help before my wedding. I don’t know if I will be back. I love Dr. Duncan this is not a reflection of him or the care he provides. He is the only good thing about the office.

We could not get past the awful receptionist. My husband made an appointment for a growth on his nose. After waiting three months for his appointment he had to cancel because his sister was killed and we had to go to Seattle to be with family. When he called, the receptionist was hateful and told him it would be three more months before he could get another appointment . I am appalled that this woman would treat someone so badly, especially in a time of tragedy.

Couldn't get past dealing with terrible receptionist to even make an appointment. Told her I was concerned and wanted to be checked for skin cancer and the best she could do for an appointment was two months out. I have seen the Dr. before and have no complaints with his care but I won't patronize a place that hires people who are miserable to deal with. Why add s more unnecessary stress to my life.
