Excellent care
Dr. Cooper repaired my (college age) son’s deviated septum this morning. He was very understanding and patiently answered all our questions during our pre-op consult. After the procedure he came out to see my husband and I to tell us how it went and to once again review next steps. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper and his office if you are looking for an ENT. Thank you.

I feel compelled to leave a review because I need to make another appointment with Dr. Cooper and feel some of these reviews do not paint an accurate picture. Dr. Cooper was amazing. He is not only my surgeon but my ENT. I had an infection in my sinus, high up near my brain that was discovered quite by accident, and was referred to Dr. Cooper The impact of my situation might have been quite serious. Dr. Cooper performed my surgery, rebuilt the entire left area of my sinus, and managed to clear out the infection using a balloon sinuplasty. He wasn't sure the area was large enough but he did it. It was a difficult surgery and in fact, my former sinus surgeon did a poor job, leaving scar tissue and other areas that were not done well. Dr. Cooper repaired everything. I go to him periodically when I develop sinus issues due to allergies. If you have a complicated situation, he is your man. Going to an ENT is never fun, but Dr. Cooper somehow makes it manageable.

I went in because I had pressure in my ears. He spent 2min with me. Looked in my ears and cleaned the wax out. That visit cost me a $60 copay and $100 for the wax removal. I was not told that there would be an additional charge! My previous gp included it in the cost of the appt. Surprise billing has got to stop!

Dr Cooper was wonderful. He was thorough, thoughtful and very informative. I have more steps to take in treatment, but I feel like I’m on a good path to a solution for my chronic sinus and eye issues. I highly recommend him.

Wish I read reviews before making an appointment. Dr. Cooper is inappropriate and had no compassion for me as a patient. He pushed a long scope into my nose and down my throat without warning or discussion or information on what to expect or how it would feel! He also was annoyed when I asked questions. I was horrified and felt violated and upset when I left the appointment. I hope to save others from this experience.

Dr. Cooper is completely inappropriate and irrational and high strung...as a patient I don't expect him to yell at me or get nasty with the office staff or keep storming out if the room as I sit there. And also telling me that the radiology reports I jbrought were garbage.....and him going back and forth on everything he says and again storming out of the room! I intend to follow up with the medical board and report him for his behavior than on top of it doing nothing for me.

Made a last minute apptmt to see him about an ear and infection on Sat am. Despite a booked schedule, his staff understood the pain I was in so allowed me to come in. Wait was no more than 15 min and I was in and out in 30 min's. Dr. Cooper was a straight shooter. Explained what I had and possibly how it was caused and what he would prescribe to treat it. He also made sure to instruct me on how to take the antibiotics and what other decongestants I could take. All in all, I was very satisfied.
