Dr Colclasure allows plenty of time for your appointment. He listens well. When he talk about treatment or course of care, he speaks and make sure you understand. I've moved to Albion Indiana and wish Dr Colclasure had a practice in Fort Wayne.

Referred to this office d/t insurance. I called 6 times trying to schedule a lumbar epidural injection. No one ever answered the phones no matter which selection you chose it ended up at voicemail. I left 3 voicemails over 2 days before I finally got a rude phone call from staff who made an excuses as to why they didn't call me back. Staff was very rude and told me they were a month out scheduling for just a consult even though I have been in severe pain for approx 2 weeks. AWFUL SERVICE!!

Went in with pain came out with trauma as he refused to treat other pain caused by the procedure.. Still have original problem plus new problem.. Dropped the ball in the middle of the game...
