Dr. Cash is AWESOME!! I had severe nose bleeds for 2 or 3 years. They were just getting worse all the time. Even had to be taken by ambulance one night to the ER. Went to 2 or 3 different ENT’s and no one had the answer. I had given up and just thought I’d have to live with this condition. My husband said I had to do something because it was becoming life threatening. I said I would try ONE more and that was it. Dr. Cash found the problem the first time. Surgery was needed to correct it so I had that done and have never had another nosebleed. Absolutely zero pain after surgery!!

Super friendly staff. Dr Cash listened to me and was very compassionate. Super happy he resolved my ear issues. Making appointment was easy....covid precautions were in place....had an all around excellent experience.

Dr. Cash did an amazing job removing and stitching my fatty cyst. My cyst was the size of a grapefruit. He literally changed my life and will always have a place in my heart. He was by far the most kind and professional doctor that I've ever encountered. He seemed to genuinely care. I was very embarrassed of my cyst but Dr. Cash made me feel like it wasn't as bad as I thought. He spoke to my family about the surgery and they fell in love with him as well. I will wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cash anyone especially my family.

Dr Cash is very professional and knowledgeable. I like him and my family has liked him. I have absolutely no complaints. I even saw a difficult patient come in and he remained professional and nice. It didn’t ‘ruin his day’ or even cause any difference in his attitude towards me right after. He is a professional all the way.

Dr. Cash saw me 3 years ago for a turbinate reduction. I wasted no time sending my 16 year old to see him. The office visit was quick and efficient, and the surgery and process was even better even in the midst of COVID-19!!! His office nurse was SOOO awesome, kind, and compassionate. The nursing staff and anesthesiologist at the AOC Surgery Center were FABULOUS as well!!

Horrible! He didn’t believe I was still sick because swab did not grow a culture. I have gotten very sick & had to see another doc. Dr is treating me aggressively because my infection had gotten so bad. No recommendation from me.
