Professional
I had my first visit with Dr Butler today and he immediately shook my hand when entering the exam room. I’ve never had a Dr do that ever. He was very patient and empathetic to my knee pain and ordered immediate X-rays and we had the results within 5 minutes and he showed them to me and explained them. He ordered an MRI and made me feel very reassured that I made the right choice to see him. The nurse and front receptionist were very friendly also. I highly recommend Dr Butler.

BEWARE Dr Butler requested a procedure which gave no relief to my condition. My insurance was charged $1800 and I was left with a bill between $150 and $200. When I told Dr Butler I still had the same issue he said "maybe it will be better once I retire". BEWARE

Dr. Butler took care of my Aunt who had a shoulder fracture and a patella fracture. The surgical sites look perfect and the follow up xrays were perfect. But the best part was that he sat with my aunt and discussed her rehabilitation and showed her what he wanted her to do at the rehab center/ also writing instructions for PT and OT. I being in the medical profession was very impressed.

Dr. Butler is a wonderful, caring doctor that really listens to my concerns and spends time treating my problems. He is very knowledgeable especially with total joint replacements and the anterior hip procedure.

I had seen Dr Butler many years ago for both ankle and knee problems. I had sprained my ankle in an attempt to avoid knee pain while going up and down stairs. I was told by Dr. Butler knee replacement was 10 years off and he treated my sprained ankle with Vioxx ( on the market then) and orthotics. The acute sprain became chronic and a tendon ruptured. Several years down the road, for lack of appropriate treatment, I am facing an extensive ankle surgery.

Dr. Butler is an excellent Doctor!! I had a right hip replacement 6-24-16, and he did a wonderful job!! Also he does not rush you in and out of his office when you go for follow ups. He takes the time to explain things and answer all your questions. Thanks Doctor!!!

I saw Dr. Butler for a fractured ankle. He has great skills and I was pleased with his treatment plan for me. However, my follow up appointment was a huge disappointment because of his front office. I left work early and arrived on time for my 3:15 appointment. Forty-five minutes later, I confirmed that people who arrived after me were being called in for service ahead of me. They decided to call me as next in line for service when I challenged them. No thanks!! I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I have gone to Dr. Butler for 16 years and have nothing but the utmost praise for him. I have had two knees replaced and one hip replaced with Dr. Butler. I constantly recommend him to friends and acquaintances. He is personable, caring, and did a great job. I'm glad to call him my Dr!
