Quick, efficient, and gentle
I only had to wait about five minutes in the wait room. Dr Bowling was quick, efficient, and gentle. He explained what he was doing and how it might feel (ear wax removal). He checked to ask how I was doing during the procedure. I was in and out of the office within a half hour

I highly recommend him.
Dr. Bowling was very professional, explained verbally and with picture as to what was happening with my ears and what could be done either now or in the future. He was very thorough and always made sure I didn’t have more questions before I left. I highly recommend him for anyone who is in need of an ENT Specialist.

Caring and knowledgeable
After dealing with medical providers in western Massachusetts, who treated my medical issue as an annoyance, if they even called me back, I cannot express how grateful I am that I found Dr. Bowling. The doctor and his staff, from the front desk to the audiologists, were so kind, patient and respectful. Dr. Bowling answered my questions and his advice was spot on. The staff followed up with recommendations for an audiologist closer to my home. I still have work to do with regard to my hearing, but my anxiety level is down to a 1, from a 10.

Finally an answer
I have been seeking an answer to an ear problem for over a year from various docs. Dr Bowling not only answered it but explained it both verbally & visually. Pleasant office to deal with as well. The hearing test administrator was very friendly too.

Excellent Doctor
I had a number of concerns regarding a health issue. The doctor listened and explained everything during the exam. The doctor addressed all my questions and concerns. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.

Dr Bowling was very kind and understanding of my anxiety over the procedure and even made me laugh. Highly recommended. I was able to get an appointment the same week i called and receptionist was very helpful also. Very impressed overall experience!

I've seen Dr. Bowling several times since I was a teenager in the 1990's for various ear and tonsil issues. He is just terrific and I would highly recommend him to anyone with ENT concerns.
