Used this office for 27 years and thought everything was fine. For some unknown reason the doctor stopped returning phone calls when I had a question about my son and his physical. I then stopped by the office 3 times and left a note for the doctor to call me back. Even though I was told by a nurse that she handed my note to the doctor and he would return my call, I never heard back from the office. You would think that after 27 years, 4 children and a lot of co-pays over the years I would get at least a phone call! This is how my family is treated at the end of our relationship with this office. Very disappointed and sad...and I still don't know what happened. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that my kids have "aged out" and are done with pediatricians. No longer recommended.
