From the very first visit I was so put off. So unprofessional. I went to him because I found out I was pregnant - the very first visit my husband came with me and he spoke only to my husband as if I wasn't there and the one pregnant. My husband asked about finding out the sex of the baby and I guess the doctor misunderstood and all he could talk about after that was how we could keep having sex. A visit or two later I decided to do the blood test that would tell me the gender (something Benson was very against and spent 20-30 minutes trying to talk me out of doing). After I insisted it was what I wanted to do, he then took me out to the lobby area, announced I was getting the blood test while some random man was sitting out there, then sent me back with the nurse to get my blood drawn. It's like he was attempting to embarrass me along with announcing my medical information for all to hear - is that not some sort of violation? All around, not a great experience or environment.

Unprofessional & Unresponsive
Not impressed with this office. Unresponsive to my request for prescription refills. When getting my blood drawn staff talking trach about another staff member and their spouses. Wanted to remove tubes in my ear when I was not having problems then when I was having issues they said they were not equipped to take the tubes out.
