I appreciate Dr. Benson. He listens to my concerns and works with me to create a plan of care. I feel like we are a team in my healthcare, instead of him just telling me what to do.

I had a complete physical but little was done which has always been done during a physical. When I complained later regarding this he said I didn't ask for specific things to be done. Since when does a patient have to tell the doctor the normal things to be checked during a completer physical. In addition the follow up notes indicated he had done things which he never did. I will never go back to him and probably will change to a clinic not managed by Essentia.
