I had a Mohs surgery on my face and I was referred to Dr. David Barall for the cosmetic repair procedure. Prior to the consultation, I searched him online and found neither a website nor a social media presence. My concerns were immediately dissipated after my initial preoperative consultation with him. He did an amazing job on my face, well beyond my wildest expectations - and I have been a surgeon for forty years. Dr. Barall’s surgical talent is beyond reproach, and his humility (OMG!) is something to behold. Dr. Barall should be teaching (many) Surgeons about how to perform inside and outside the surgical suite - and you will agree with this after you meet him. Hands down. Thank you Dr. Barall for the fenomenal plastic surgery repair you did on my face.

He did a phenomenal job on my daughters forehead from a bad fall. Did not meet him due to COVID, but based on her results, I would highly recommend him.

Went to Massachusetts over the Christmas holiday in 2019. Got a splinter in my hand which I got a very bad infection and blood poisoning from the splinter entering the sheeth area on the palm. Not only did Dr. Barrall save my hand, he saved my life! He is very kind, caring and concerned about each patient. He even gave me his cell # and had me call or text with any concerns or questions and wanted to see photos of the wound to ensure it was healing properly after being released from the hospital. I have never in my life experienced a truly caring Physician. He has excellent bedside manor and is very thorough. You will not be disappointed with trusting Dr. Barrall for caring for you. I will always remember him and forever be thankful he saved my hand and my life ?

I needed plastic surgery on my nose twice because of melanoma. The outcome was absolutely unbelievable. Dr. Barrall is one if the best doctors that I have had the pleasure of meeting. His work on my nose was exceptional and his compassion was superb. I found him to be a very caring doctor. I would go back to him in a heartbeat.

I had a laceration on my forehead that I was really concerned about scarring and Dr Barrall was called by the ER team and thankfully said he would come in even after working and picking up his dog from daycare! He was so nice, tried to come me and made sure to do what he needed to not to scar. So we’ll see how it heals! Either way he put more time and care I’m sure in to my concerns vs what the emergency staff is trained for (which is fine to if I was in a life/death situation). I’m very happy he gave my, “small (but deep),” laceration the time of day and maybe realized the bigger impact it has on a patient :-)

Dr. Barrall was my emergency room surgeon, called in while out walking his dog on a late Saturday in February, when I did significant lip and face damage in an ice fall. Professional, calming, confident, empathetic, appropriately humorous, and extraordinarily skilled. I was hoping that the damage I did would be reasonably repairable, with minimal scarring. What I ended up with was remarkable. Friends and family in (and outside of) the medical field were amazed with his work, as am I. My follow-up appointment was fast and easy, with no issues or concerns. I hope I - and you - never need professional services like his again, but without a doubt he's the only one on my request list. Highly, highly recommended, thank you Dr. Barrall!

Dr. Barrall seems like an anachronism in the present day medical practice. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and concerned. I can't remember the last time I got a call back from the actual Doctor performing the procedure (and it wasn't a very serious one) so I was pleasantly surprised when I realized the person on the other end of the phone was Dr. Barrall, As for his clinical acumen, I just can't say enough good about him.

Dr. Barrall and his staff are outstanding examples of everything one would want in a medical professional. They are kind, compassionate and he is a very talented physician. I have recommended him to a number of people who continue to thank you for sending them his way. I have the greatest respect for him as a person and as a surgeon.

Outstanding. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. I do not give five star ratings easily but I honestly rate each of the questions with five stars. I'm convinced that Dr. Barrall saved my finger. It is now, for all intents and purposes, normal again.
