Great Doctor and surgeon
Dr. Auerbach is focused on fixing the issue and does a great job answering questions. He is very skilled, and his staff is also very likable and on top of everything. I would definitely recommend Dr Auerbach for all your hand surgery needs.

Trigger finger surgery
Dr. Auerbach prepared me well prior to the surgery, as well as all the follow ups. The surgery itself went smoothly, I felt nothing, and it was over without my realizing it had started.

Amazing results
I was referred to Dr Auerbach by my podiatrist. Her husband had the same problem. I had numbness iad tingling is my left hand for several years. 2years ago I had surgery on the left hand and this year the same type of surgery on the right hand. I have complete recovery with no issues on either hand. Complete success.

Great hand surgeon
Dr Auerbach performed carpal tunnel surgery on my dominant hand. There was minimal pain or bruising. I was able to use the hand in a few days. Feeling is still coming back but the hand is quite functional. Strongly recommend him to anyone wishing to have carpal tunnel surgery.

RUN AWAY. DO NOT TRUST Dr Auerbach or COS Van Nuys
I’d rather be working on my film, but I’m sharing my experience to PROTECT YOU. Please know, YOU CAN ALWAYS WALK OUT. If someone doesn’t respect you and build trust, WALK AWAY. Just because they have a medical certificate does not mean they care about YOUR HEALTH vs $.Dr Auerbach belittled and gaslit me for asking common sense questions, such as recovery time, procedure process and cost. He lied to me about the recurrence rate after a simple ganglion cyst extraction, in order to pressure me into getting the more expensive surgery, saying the recurrence rate after extraction was very high, when it’s actually a mere 6%. Surgery recurrence is 4%. He lied about removing the liquid, which I was charged for, but he removed nothing. I have photos. My husband is witness and asked why no liquid was in the needle. Dr A covered it with a bandaid and said the cyst could come back today so I should get surgery. I filed a complaint -called for months but the facility still charged me in full. RUN.

Dr. Auerbach is amazing.
I searched for many months for the best of the best to fully diagnose and begin treatment. These many inquiries let me to Dr. Auerbach, thankfully. Dr. Auerbach is a consummate professional, able to explain health conditions, share his interpretation of the results of tests in a clear, direct, and meaningful way. He is very direct about his preferred treatment course of action, but does also present any alternative options for the patient to consider; i.e. he is confident but respecting of his patients. And his PA's are stunning a well.

Dr. Auerbach is a very professional, talented, and compassionate orthopedic surgeon. I felt extremely comfortable and confident in his skills and abilities. I had a very delicate and demanding nerve decompression surgery in my elbow and wrist. His follow up care was good and reassuring. I am looking forward to a positive recovery very soon.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Auerbach, and I can confidently say he is the greatest of all time. From the moment I walked into his office, I was struck by his warm and personable nature. Dr. Auerbach took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process to me, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. What truly sets Dr. Auerbach apart is his exceptional skill and expertise. He clearly knows what he is doing, and his experience translates into fewer complications and a remarkably smooth recovery. Despite my initial fears, I experienced very little pain throughout the treatment, which is a testament to Dr. Auerbach’s precision and care. In fact, I never even needed to take a pain pill. One of the most remarkable aspects of my recovery was how quickly I was able to use my hands again. From the very first day, I was back to my daily activities, a feat I attribute entirely to Dr. Auerbach’s excellent work. If you are looking for a doctor

Minor Hand Issue
Since a minor injury to my right hand years earlier I realized a small cyst was slowly growing beneath the skin at the point of injury. I didn’t bother with it till I noticed that one cyst had become three, potentially impeding my grip. I met with Dr. Auerbach who confirmed the issue and quickly set up surgery to permanently remove the trio. The surgery went off without a hitch, my hand is healing well and I am now on track to regaining full function very soon, thanks Dr. Auerbach!

Dr. Auerbach is very personable and answers your questions and listens. I know he seems to be in a hurry a lot, but that’s the nature of his work. He has a lot of people to see. He’s a multi tasking person and I understand that.

Excellent Doctor!
He said he loves what he does everyday. That was a lovely thing to hear. He is very positive and instills confidence. Deciding to do any procedure can be daunting but he is so helpful with that. My procedure was simple and easy and highly successful. Exactly what I was expecting from his information. His staff and PA Emily were also amazing!

Almost perfect
The experience is not just the doctor but also the staff. Dr. Auerbach was fast but clear as long as questions were asked. He may be too fast or assume that I as the patient understood more about the operation than I did. Some explanations were left to me to research. The staff was excellent except for the pre-operation information. Very poor communication on that one person. At least 3 members of the staff knew nothing about the problems with that issue.
