Dr. David Andreone, DPM

Wrote incorrect prescription and there’s no way to contact anyone in podiatry at UT Health. I spoke with a call center representative and she informed me that you cannot speak directly with any employees at Dr. Andreone’s office or in podiatry and all she could do was message them and hopefully I’d hear something soon. I highly recommend stirring clear of any medical facility that will not allow contact with any of their personnel. I’ve never even heard of a medical office that you could not call and speak with at least someone from the front desk. Here I am and it’s almost 5pm (when his office closes) and I’ll be spending another day without a refill on my current prescription.
