Great doctor! Straight forward no nonsense
Visited Dr. Alder for a broken foot. He is kind, straightforward and to the point. I also appreciate that he took a conservative view to my recovery and did not immediately jump to a surgical solution. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I had a bunionectomy with Dr. Alder 5 weeks ago. Dr. Alder has been great to work with. He is very straight forward with his explanations and very patient answering all of my questions regarding the procedure and recovery. Dr. Alder called to check up on me 24-36 hours after my surgery. Any doctor that will take time out of their weekend to check up on a recovering patient is exceptional in my opinion. I've only had positive experiences with him and his entire staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Alder for 9 years. He’s helped me through multiple ailments with my feet including 4 surgeries and 2 fractures. Dr. Alder is a very compassionate and caring doctor who really wants to help his patients with a better quality of life. The office staff is so friendly and professional. Overall a great place to go when you are in pain and need someone on your side. Highly recommend Dr. Alder to anyone needing a podiatrist.

I have been going to Dr Alder for over 20 years. He has done 3 hammertoe surgeries (2 toes at a time), all successful with toes that look so nice I can wear sandals. He has the nicest “bedside manner,” explains things thoroughly and does an exceptional job. I have recommended several people to him and all have been very pleased with their outcomes. The first time I had surgery the nurses at the hospital said if they needed a podiatrist that is who they would use- the best validation. Good luck to you!

He told me in front of his resident he’d help get back on my feet, next visit he didn’t care to listen to any of my concerns and sent me on my way with no real treatment but told me to stretch. Awful. I was healing from multiple fractures.

I have recommended Dr. Alder to many people and they have been extremely pleased with him. I joke that he should set-up a practice in one of our office buildings since he's seen quite a few of my associates over the years. I've also recommended him to acquaintances. He's very professional, understanding and straightforward which I think is most important. Dr. Alder's staff are not only professional but friendly and are there for you.

Dr. Alder was very disrespectful to my mother, almost to the point of cruelty. When asked if anything could be done for her feet he was very dismissive and seemed extremely non caring and not concerned. We aren't personal friends so I didn't expect him to care personally about her, but did not expect him to be so calivier either.

Dr. Alder is excellent! The support staff is second to none and you are seen within 10 - 15 minutes of the appoint time. Dr. Alder removed a needle from my foot that the previous physician ( if you can call him that) did not remove during surgery. Although my foot kept swelling many doctors did not want the liability. He "listens" to all of your concerns and makes you feel as if you are the only patient with his attention to detail. I trust and highly recommend Dr. Alder!

I have seen Dr. Alder a number of times over the years. After an early morning appointment today, he said he would submit a prescription electronically. The office is now closed. The prescription WAS NOT submitted. As this was my last appt with him, i am disappointed that the outcome was not positive.

I REALLY appreciated his thoroughness and how he took his time to go over my X-rays and the causes for my injury. He not only modeled for me what exercises I should do, but he insisted I do them in front of him to make sure I was doing it correctly. He and his assistant, a very pleasant young lady with an efficacious smile, really put me in the right frame of mind during this tense time for me wondering about the severity of my injury.
