My nephew & nieces have been going to this office for years. The nurse practitioner treats the children likes she’s doing them a favor.... my nephew almost went deaf he was having a problem with his ears and every time the Nurse Practioner (A.Couell) would check his ears she said they are fine. That absolutely was not the truth now his has to go to a ENT specialist and he still can barely hear. Because we decided we didn’t want to see her anymore we were threatened that all of the children would be immediately discharged. Great during a pandemic when we might not be able to get care for them. We will be following up with the appropriate licensing boards

My children have been patients here since the practice 1st opened. My 19-year-old daughter received letters addressed to her at home while away at college and read them while home on break. She called and tried to schedule a physical; the office could not get the required physical scheduled during her break. The practice dropped her during a pandemic! How absolutely abhorrent! Shame on you Dr Ehlenfield and company!!

Dr. Ehlenfields bedside manner is awesome. Always very caring and also will build report with parent and child. I've never had a issue with any of his diagnosis. We've been with him for 12 years now... Hes always very accurate punctual and precise!
