Unsatisfied
Disorganized, lack of communication, phone calls are not returned in a timely manner. Labs were taken and not all blood work requested was drawn, until I followed up a week later and found out that I needed to go back and get additional labs done. Office did not call immediately after mistake was discovered. This caused a 3.5 week delay in medical care and treatment causing me to miss work from chronic pain and illness. I was not referred to a specialist immediately following blood work. I ended up making my own appointment with a specialist for my illness.

Caring, communicative and knowledgeable
Dr S took time to go through every one of my test results and prescriptions. His concern for my overall health is very refreshing in the hectic world of medicine. So glad I found him.

Disappointed patient
Unresponsive, disorganized, lack of communication, treatment focused on his benefit and not the benefit of the patient. I was billed for procedures declined by Medicare (billed same procedure- previously declined), when blood samples were collected). Personally, I have lost all faith in the doctors retained by Village Medical.

We love Dr Saikley. We have been patients of his for about 15 years. He is always very attentive to our needs, we’ve always been able to get in to see him when needed. He has moved offices several times over the years and we follow him wherever he goes. He’s the best.

Dr. Saikley and his staff are amazing. He always took extra time with me and answered all questions. Kim at the front desk was always helpful and able to get me scheduled generally within 24 hours if I needed help.

Very nice people – Sep 03, 2020

Visited one time. Staff causes 3-week delay based on not researching where they sent prescription. They also called at 3 PM on a Friday to refer me to a surgeon. Unfortunately, the office closes at 3pm. Now there's a minimum of two full-days delayed on top of the three weeks. If you need care, it would be wise to look elsewhere.

He was a abrupt, uncaring, and at one point I almost walked out of the room. This was my first and last visit with him. I had been having breathing issues and a 6 month long cough. I was told an X-ray was not needed. As I was explaining something to him, he interrupted and said is there a question in here somewhere. I finally went to another dr and have been diagnosed with a terminal illness . Yet he didn’t think an X-ray was needed!!!!!

I made an appointment with Dr. Saikley for sister, she needed to find a new PCP as her insurance had changed. I was very pleased with Dr. Saikley, he was kind, attentive and friendly while still being very professional. We did wait about an hour, but he didn't rush us so I imagine the reason why we waited the extra hour was because he did the same for the previous patient. I can honestly say, this was the first time I have ever felt this comfortable with a Doctor from the get go.
