Dr. Darlene Fairchild, MD

I’ve been with Dr Fairchild for over 30 years. She has always taken the time to listen. It’s always a long wait to get in and be seen but worth the wait. You can and will totally under why you waited when she spends the time with you causing the next person to wait and get the same attention she just gave you. I feel it worth the wait and that’s why I keep going back.

Dr Fairchild has been my doctor for over 10 years. I threaten to leave each time I have to interact with her office. I consistently have trouble getting routine refills, even though I have done exactly as was asked by the office. Office hours are extremely minimal and difficult to get a hold of, especially if you work a traditional 8-5 job, and throw in a long off time for lunch, 11:45-1:30. I can't even call at lunch. I love Dr Fairchild but I have had it. Dealing with the stress of getting what I need each month outweighs her care.

My 91 year old grandmother was kept waiting for ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF today before she even got into a room. This is uncalled for. There's no reason that an elderly woman should wait this long for a refill of her medication.

Brilliant Doctor, she takes her time and gets it right!

Excellent doctor but very poorly run office. Wait times are frequently an hour or more.

Dr. Fairchild has been my primary care doctor for many years. She is the most knowledgeable, kind and is a beautiful human being.of the many doctors i've had before moving to Michigan. She spends and inordinate amount of time with me, unlike most doctors who can't wait to get to the next patient. someitmes i have to wait for her, but it's worth every second because she takes her time and makes me feel welcome.. I so admire her vast knowledge and sweet personality!!

Dr. Fairchild is a very knowledgeable doctor. She takes time to listen to my concerns & makes sure to address all of the options available to me. The staff is miserable to deal with. They are usually very rude & one of the ladies consistently lies & says she will look into my situation & get back to me. Word of advice: Call back before the end of the day (4pm) because nobody is going to call you back. Phones are on intermittently between 5-6 hrs/day. Nothing is convenient about contacting them.

She is very knowledgable, and takes the time to understand what is really going on with her patients. She is an excellent Physician..
