The staff had a pretty decent bedside manner, but the doctor was questionable. I went to have some seborrheic keratosis on my chest, back, shoulders, and arms burned off and was quoted the outrageous price of $150 for up to five spots and $250 for up to fifteen. The last time I had this done when I lived in Cincinnati, I had it checked out thinking it was some sort of skin cancer. The procedure they used to burn them off didn’t hurt plus it was covered under my insurance. When I presented this information to the doctor, she made excuses. Considering that I just wanted it done, I decided to go ahead and let her do it. She used liquid nitrogen, which was painful, she did not do the job thoroughly as some of the spots didn’t peel off, and she was reluctant to do more than fifteen spots.

Hi Dr. Spearman ! just wanted to say that I miss you . I go to see dr.Asarch tomorrow with some cookies...for my 6 month checkup...you were my first dermatologist and I just want to thankyou for everything you did for me/...you were so very calm and reassuring... as you could tell I was scared to death...now. three years later I am fine with skin checks and no tears.... melanoma is very scary...once it gets into your psyche, it never goes away...but your loving touch was so appreciated...

I worked for this doctor for a very short time but she is very professional and has helpful knowledge in regards to skin of color. She has a friendly personality and generally cares about the quality of care that she offers. I regret not being able to continue employment with however she made an impression on me.

I waited 3 months for my appointment, then was rescheduled for 1 week later by her office. We agreed upon a set price for removal of skin tags at my initial consult, however, on my appointment day, Dr Spearman reneged and said she would only remove half of them for the agreed on price. Also, the office did not return my phone messages when I tried to scedule initially.

I recently visited Forefront Dermatology to see Dr. Spearman. I struggle with severe headaches which has caused premature aging and wrinkles in my brow and forehead. Dr. Spearman suggested Xeomin. Her knowledge and expertise was apparent in our conversations and she made me feel very confident and comfortable with the entire procedure. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and will return to Dr. Spearman and her staff. They have gained a lifetime client in me.
