DOES NOT LISTEN, already thinks he knows best. Talked over an hour with a different Dr before Dr. Bega came in. He entered with a literal print off of the condition he already decided I had. He told me I could be "cured" (I have multiple overlapping conditions- this isn't possible) This was wildly upsetting to hear. He was pretentious and gave INCORRECT and damaging information about another condition I have- assertively!! Then passed me off to my 4th Neurologist. I felt mistreated. Horrible appointment, do not recommend.

Dr. Bega is absolutely great. He was truly interested in my case, is very patient and thorough. His office staff is fabulous. Dr. Bega recommended I go to the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab for an evaluation. His recommendation was 'right-on.' I am not only getting Dr. Bega but I am getting the entire team at the AbilityLab beginning with James Doherty all the way through to Dr. Santiago De Leon Toledo. I feel I am being cared for in the MOST professional manner. J.F.

I have the utmost gratitude for Dr. Bega and his assistant, Mickey. A few months ago, My husband and I brought my 87 year-old dad to see Dr. Bega as my dad was struggling with Parkinson's desease. Dr. Bega was very attentive and spent a lot of time with us. He was very patient, professional and kind. My dad went from not able to stand or walk on his own to now walking without any help, rides his tricycle and exercises daily. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bega and Mickey.

Dr. Bega compares my performance on each visit. He explains conditions and treatments, listens and understands, spends ample time to answer questions, address concerns. He coordinates with my other doctors to achieve the best outcome possible. His staff are always friendly and helpful, especially RN Mickey. Whenever I had an issue, Mickey addresses it promptly. Dr. Bega always has students’ hands on, he is a good doctor, a good teacher, an knowledgeable, intelligent and trustworthy professional.
